Peter Slater MRICS LLB MCIArb

Peter is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 30 years post qualification experience. He commenced his training as an Articled Pupil with John Laing Construction and moved into private practice in the early 90's. Since then he has gained considerable experience in dispute resolution on major building, civil engineering and petrochemical projects in both the UK and overseas. Peter has received a number of appointments as quantum expert in construction disputes and he has considerable experience in representing both Referring and Responding parties in Adjudication.

 

Stephen Jackson BSc(Hons) MRICS

Stephen is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 14 years experience in the construction and engineering industry. He has a wealth of knowledge both pre and post contract on all forms of contracts. He has gained a unique blend of experience working with a number of companies, for example Costain, John Laing and Interserve, working on a number of projects for a variety of Blue Chip clients. His career path has taken him from Quantity Surveying through to Commercial Management working on all forms of contract in many and varied industries. He is able to transfer his understanding of contracts to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Working in the UK and overseas environments has further strengthened his personal abilities and enhanced his management skills.

 

Neil Ware BSc(Hons) MRICS

Neil is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 16 years experience in Construction and Engineering Industries.
His formative years were spent with one of the largest private practice surveying practices in the UK , encompassing all of the traditional suites of contract, thereafter moving into the Engineering Industry for a top 10 contractor, covering pharmaceuticals, utilities and the manufacturing industries.
Progressing to Commercial Manager, Neil has spent his recent years supporting specialist sub-contractors in both traditional and bespoke forms of contract, and also working as project manager on a number of schemes.
Neil's experience spreads his commercial knowledge over the entire construction team from client to contractor to sub-contractor, and gives him an invaluable insight into commercial relationships and a wide knowledge of a multitude of contractual structures.
This knowledge base gives a unique understanding of the delicate contractual relationships that develop on a project, and is a key factor in his continued success in working with and advising clients.
